Itinerary

We depart Launceston and enjoy a short stop at the Georgian township of Campbell Town for supplies and convict relics.
From there we head east, greeted by a spectacular view of The Hazards as we enter Freycinet National Park. A short-but-sensational 20 minute walk along the Cape Tourville Lighthouse circuit reveals 360 degree views before we hike to the Wineglass Bay lookout as a group.
This 45 minute ascent gets the heart pumping before revealing one of the best vistas in the Southern Hemisphere. Gaze out over treetops to a sweeping vista of white sand and turquoise water, soaking in the beauty of Wineglass Bay.
Depending on how active you’re feeling, you can extend your hike down to the beach for swimming, relaxing and dolphin spotting or return from the lookout with your guide to check out Honeymoon Bay, Sleepy Bay and Cape Tourville Lighthouse.
The afternoon brings us to Devil’s Cor ner winery, perched high on a hill overlooking Freycinet. It’s the ideal place to kick back with a glass of wine, fresh seafood platter, woodfired pizza, tea, coffee or artisan gelato at the end of an action-packed day!

  • This tour is active and visit National Parks and wild areas that involve some walking. Although most of the walks are classified as easy, a suitable level of general health & fitness and physical abilities is essential.
  • All tour participants will be participating in outdoor, active activities and therefore subject to the outdoor weather conditions of the day.
  • The operator will educate guests on Minimal Impact Bushwalking and the Leave No Trace policy’s before entering National Parks. Thry will provide accurate interpretation, and keep wildlife disturbance to a minimum by viewing from appropriate distances and informing guests how to view wildlife with patience and respect. Activities are always confined to tracks and boardwalks to minimise negative impacts.
  • Minimum and maximum guest capacity on tours: We require a minimum number of 4 passengers to operate. Our tour vehicles range in size from a maximum seating capacity of 13 passengers or 20 passengers.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price is per person.
* This tour do not travel with children under 8 years of age. The local operator retain the right to refuse to carry passengers under this age without prior arrangement. No refunds will be given in this instance.
* Tour prices are based on AUD and are converted into USD. Prices will change day to day, due to the currency exchange rates. Tours booked and paid for will be charged at the current rate at which the tour price is shown. We will not refund any price differences, should prices drop for the tour. Tours will be subject to Cancellation Fees, should any changes be made for a reservation.

We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
