This resort along the Costa Brava is only 62 miles from the French border. Its Mediterranean climate makes it great for seaside walks. It also has a Moorish tower, which guests can climb. It’s a challenge but well worth it for the views of the bay. Tossa de Mar has Roman ruins to visit as well. For more culture, visit the Municipal Museum that houses contemporary art, a Chagall painting, and artifacts dating back to the Paleolithic period.
