In addition to having two stunning white sand beaches surrounding it, this bay off of Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos Islands is home to many sea creatures. Black sea turtles, green turtles, white-tipped sharks, sea lions, marine iguanas, flamingos, pelicans and finches can be found there. There's a 1.5-mile path leading to the bay from Puerto Ayora. Swimming, snorkeling, surfing and nature-watching are popular activities at Tortuga Bay.
