The Pyramid of Khafre is the second tallest and largest of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids of Giza and the tomb of the Fourth-Dynasty pharaoh Khafre, who ruled from c. 2558 to 2532 BC. Although it is smaller than the Great Pyramid, it is equally epic, if not more so, as it features the infamous Sphinx, a massive limestone interpretation of the pharaoh Khafre as the God Horus. The magical pyramid is a must see for anyone who’s lucky enough to travel to Egypt.
