About Prague National Museum

One of Prague's most esteemed attractions is this mammoth museum that houses almost 14 million items from the areas of natural history, history, arts and music. The National Museum in Prague, located at the top of famous Wenceslas Square, was founded in 1818 and in 2009 expanded into the old Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty building next door, which hosts changing exhibitions.
