We traveled to Wyoming for a family wedding and decided we wanted to see Yellowstone while we were there. We found this bus tour and couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for all the places it would take us. We booked it right away and ..then worried a bit because of some of the reviews. Not to worry! As long as the traveler understands that a lot of miles are covered, and the stops aren't lengthy, you'll be fine. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the breathtaking scenery. Our tour guide was Chinese born, but he was easy to understand, was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. We felt very secure with the driver who was good at spotting local wildlife and pointing it out. The hotels were nothing fancy, but were fine for the short amount of time we spent at each. As long as you do your homework, know what to expect, and don't plan to linger anywhere, we would highly recommend this tour. We'll have great memories of this trip for the rest of our lives.Read full review
We enjoyed the bus ride with Chester and Bob although we would have liked to visit the areas we stopped at for a little longer than the time allotted. Felt rushed at each site. We knew and expected the long bus rides in between the sites... We were also a little surprised to find it to be a bilingual tour as we signed up for the English one. Chester was great at keeping everyone informed along the way.Read full review

We were a big group of 31 from New Jersey...from the moment we were picked up at the airport until drop off time, we all had a blast. Even the kids didn't complain about getting up early in the morning, everyone is just excited on what's th..ere to see and explore that day. Our tour guide, Chester, was very entertaining, no dull moment when he's talking...and of course, our hats off for Captain Jim for giving us a smooth and safe ride the whole 6 days!!! Can't wait to book another one in the near future...Read full review
No complains for the tour. I was prepared for long bus ride and short stops at the parks.
Yellowstone is beautiful, so many interesting places worth seeing, it's worth to stay for couple days there along, but we were there only for one aft..ernoon & one morning.
Arches Nat'l Park has amazing & unique landscapes. Love it!
Mt. Rushmore is famous, I'm happy that I was there and seeing it in my own eyes.
Jackson Hole is a surprisingly lovely western small town filled with tourists.
The other stops were uneventful
The hotel arrangements are OK (we stayed at Ramada 3 out of 5 nights),
One thing to point out, the first airport meeting place is "Budget Car Rental" on the Fifth floor near "luggage claims". I knew it should be " Budget Car Rental", but I did go to the first floor, which was underground parking lots, to look for "Budget travel rental ". Please clarify it so no confusion for future travelers.Read full review

The tour was awesome and well worth it. The tour guide (Jeff) and the bus driver were nice, courteous and helpful. The long bus ride did not bother me and enjoyed the scenery along the way.
they just know what to show you and where, you are gonna travel a lot by bus but when you reach your destination you are gonna feel that it was worth it.
"The booking process was straightforward. There were some website glitches (we couldn't book more than one item in a single session, cart kept emptying our items). But the personnel were helpful and prompt. The tour itself was average (typi..cal budget tour during peak tourism season where there is tremendous rush and congestion). We felt that the tour guides could be better trained (consistency in facts for English and Mandarin; to be tactful and cheerful in helping guests keep to the schedule or when providing additional assistance... we understand where they are coming from regarding time keeping but would prefer more courteous treatment... after all we were traveling together for many days in confined spaces.) Overall, the tour crew did a good job of getting us to our destination safely and we enjoyed ourselves especially the Yellowstone-Mount Rushmore-Grand Teton tour. The day tour to the Grand Canyon was too rushed for our liking."Read full review
