Bad customer services.
My family and I took a tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco on 30 April 2018.
1. Guided tours were not helpful. Information such as history/background of the city/attractions and any information of general interest.. were not given to us.
2. We knew the tour was in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, however, not only us but also the rest of the English speaking people in the tour felt disappointed as guided tour spoke much more time in those languages than English
3. We paid $30.00 for a tour in San Francisco, which we regret as it was not informative.
4. The last day of the tour was the worst day of our trip. The air-con had stopped working. The bus was full of passengers and was hard to breath, there were many people complaining. I also called to this number 323 261 8811 to ask solutions. The only response was to give us ice-cubes.
I sent and email and pics about the issue in the bus and we are still waiting the response.Read full review
Theses people are awesome, during our latest trip the driver suggested us to move to a different pick up destination so we can leave our car safely. I hope he reads this review bless your heart kid, we appreciate all you've done for us. We.. had so much fun during the entire 3 daytrip. Our tour guide named Kyle was very knowledgeable and patient and sweet. We cant wait for our next tour.Read full review

We’re a group of 5 travelling together and we enjoyed this tour. Good itinerary but little bit tight in term of time. The tour guide is good and very helpful.
The tour is a Chinese oriented tour, I was the only non Chinese passenger on board the Chinese to English interpretation was in the ratio of 15:1 minute
94% Hectic schedule but good if you have only a few days to visit

Had some problem with the pick-up reservation. They did not update the information and had to change my pick-up location as they no longer do it where I had already done my room reservation. So better ask them to confirm about the pick-up a..vailability before booking your hotel.
Tour guide was friendly and his English is good. However since it is a Chinese-English tour, as expected, there might be some miscommunication. So you need to be attentive and ask questions to reconfirm. Tour in general was good even though quite hectic, especially when arriving in San Francisco. The cable ride needs to be reconsidered or better organised especially when there are a lot of people. Everyone had to be on the same cable car and it was very packed.Read full review

Accommodation is ok but some guests do have some luggage with 2 units that require elevator lift; fortunately I was at Level 1. The tour guide was a Chinese one and cannot understand some of his words. The 1st Tour guide we have is a lot be..tter.Read full review
