Thanks much to the tour director, for making the tour worth what we spent for. We enjoyed so much and learned a lot more. She is strict and frank. But that helped discipline the whole group. Hence there had been no time wasted. We also felt.. the concern in every way.The places we went to are wonderful.Read full review

Booked through the website for travel in November. The booking was smooth.
On the day of travel, the bus came in a bit late due to traffic but the journey was comfortable.
Since it is only a 2 day package, at times the duration to be spe..nt at some attractions seem less but that is understandable. Corning Glass of Museum was worth the stop over.
Maybe due to the off-season, the stay was at Wydham Garden Hotel - about 5 minutes from Niagara falls. The tour guide took us down the first evening and then again the next morning to enjoy the scenery.
When coming back, we had a halt at Glen Watkins State Park.
Overall a good experience. Couple of things that can be improved.
- Allowing attraction fees to be paid by card
- More modern buses which have WiFiRead full review

We had group of 7 with 2 old people and one small kid. The tour was on time and our guide Damon give us plenty of time.
I should mention him because of his well managed tour, politeness and most important knowledge. He shared so many th..ings about each place. So giving the service fee was not problem this time. He deserves it.
I had same tour 2 months back with friends and still remember the guide Rochelle didn't shared any information rather just running ahead without care of people.
Thanks for the fun trip and some things to improve is while coming please have more drop off points. Many Indians stay near Journal Square JC, so could be convient for them.Read full review
This was my first trip in US and I didnt know what to expect out of it. Our tour guide was helpful and fun guy to travel with. He even gave us souvenirs(naigra post card). We loved this trip, hotel was nice, attractions (except few) were re..ally good. I loved watkins glenns national park. Its live heaven on earth in monsoon. After this trip I had another trip with family again. Before going back to my country I will surely visit this place again.Read full review

Our tour guide, Zack Whang, made the tour more interesting with his trivias and historical facts. The first day sights we went to were Conring Glass Museum, Watkins Glenn and Niagara falls were definitely some great variety im the tour. 2nd.. day Niagara Old Fort, IMAX movie and Maid of the Mist have drawn us closer into knowning Niagara deeper. Overall exciting, 10/10, recommended!Read full review
It was a good tour, we had enough time to see Niagara Falls. I advice you to buy Maid of the Mist activity, it was very nice. But, the driver drove very very fast (80 mph instead of 55 or 65 mph!!) and the bus was so old.
94% Loved it and returning to Paris for another tour :)

Daniel was a funny, energetic, professional tour manager. He could speak very good English and knew how to arrange breaks on the clock that were easy for people to remember and return to the bus on time. He also knew this tour route very we..ll. Sometimes he provided directions for Fred, the driver, who was a good, safe driver himself. We liked the motor coach that was newer than most tours we've been on. The 2-door access was a smart way to un/load passengers. Most hotel accommodation was good except for one or two hotels in Italy, but not too bad considering the budget tour price. We enjoyed the tour itinerary as listed. Although we didn't go to Avignon on the last day, everyone was tired and it's not a big deal. We just didn’t like the black sauce spaghetti meal in Venice. It was very bad and simply a rip-off for €20/pp. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and continue booking tours with tours4fun due to their good customer service and competitive prices. They also relayed our requests to the local tour operators for accommodation where it deemed necessary. Thank you.Read full review
It was both of our first trips to Europe and it was WONDERFUL! Our tour guide,Cherry, was fantastic & our group got along so well. We made friends and always had a blast. It's a wonderful mix of guided tours & free time.
The trip itinerary was fast paced but good. Got to see lots of things. Everything as described. Paying for the hotel upgrade was a plus. Lots of walking. The bus was old and dirty but it got us there and back. Shellie tour guide was e..asy to understand. This tour is not really intended for anyone that needs wheel chair assist. Price for trip seems inexpensive until they start adding in ticket prices for all stops and their daily fees. If you don't participate they make you get off bus, lock it and you stand around until they get back.Read full review
Tour director was fantastic and made the trip informative, fun and memorable. She was fun to be with and funny. We had a lot of laughs. She made the trip be as successful and anyone could expect.
Here's a summary of our thoughts (my wife and I) for this 5 day tour:
Hotels were average to good, as we didn't upgrade...no issues with location or quality
Food...breakfast had most of the usual things in buffet style, but eating late me..ant some things were gone already
Group was LARGE due to HIGH season...50+ people. This was an english speaking tour. We moved at a good pace throughout the day and surprisingly didn't have to wait too often.
Group Leader...was Alberto. He did a good job in communications to us. My wife and I stayed close to him when we didn't have mics on at the sites. You can tell he's done this countless times and has patience with virtually everyone
Transportation...we came in by train and had no option but to take a 30 euro taxi. Yet airline flyers got picked up...not sure if that's fair.
Sites...were excellent. St. Peters Cathedral...if you want to go inside, you need to purchase the special tickets, as "going there" is not the same as "going inside".
CONS: smokers were everywhere...in our large group, all over every site, there is no escaping it. We are allergic to it, and I had not been to Italy since '83. So, we had real trouble dealing with it...and now we know better; the group was too large and they should limit the size, even during high season...maybe 25-30 at the most; We are very fit athletes and can handle the 15K-20K steps we did most days on the walks and tours, but many just got too tired...so be warned when it is warm you will tire out.
PROS...history and buildings were spectacular, as expected. Alberto was really seasoned and handled the group well. Bus was comfortable (but didn't allow us to use the toilet) and the stops between cities was a nice touch
SUMMARY...we would not do such a large group again; we would try to find a tour that didn't allow smokers too; MAINLY...go outside the busiest month (August) as the sites in Italy are PACKED with tourists.Read full review
