Not happy. I registered a group of 7 people for a tour about 6 weeks in advance and was charged in full immediately (over $500). After 2 weeks, one member of the group informed me that he wouldn't be able to go due to a conflict. Although t..his was still 4 weeks in advance, I got a refund for that one ticket but was charged a $17 fee for making a change to the reservation! I spoke to a manager and got that waved as that is pretty rediculous. Then two days before our tour, one member of the group had a medical emergency and had to be admitted to ICU in Henderson. I called Tours4Fun immediately asking for a refund for that ticket since this individual obviously couldn't attend, and I even provided copies of the hospital report per email to prove it. I was told "no, it is past the cancellation date". Well sorry, but an emergency medical condition should be an exception, just like with an airline ticket, or similar! The worst part was, that ticket was just resold at full price to another taker, so either Tours4Fun or the Indian Reservation that does the tours profited twice. Not right. The tour itself, by the way, was extremely crowded with several "pile-ups" in the canyon which resulted in lengthy waiting periods. It was also not possible to take any pictures with no strangers in it. Not my idea of experiencing nature. I would recommend going to one of the smaller canyons and I would NOT recommend Tours4Fun. I will never be using them againRead full review
Our guide was excellent. I realize this is a very popular attraction and for good reason. But there were too many people in there at one time, and people got carried away with taking selfies.
