I enjoyed my time on this tour. The guide did his best to make the whole trip enjoyable for us. He was cooperative and had good knowledge about the various historic nine u mentioned and events.
In a Nutshell, the tour was good. We had a great tourguide, the hotels were great, the bus comfortable. The reservation was bad, it took me a lot of emails and phone calls to finally get a confirmation. The itineary wasn't detailed at all. ..A lot of important information were hard to find or missing.Read full review
The tour was good. The guide James was very informative, specially good and patient esp w some of the participants. No issue on the tour itself. But the online, aside fr specifying that there would be optional tours it should also specify ..that it’s almost a must otherwise the original fee paid is just like almost for the hotel and transfers. So that people are prepared with the possible expenses. My second time to join with the same tour operator. This was better than the first tour.Read full review
Read full review
Honestly I expected more of this tour. We stayed at 2 hotels, one of them was Red roof Plus, when we got to the hotel, we found out that our assigned room was uncleaned, the bed was undone and the bathrooms were dirty.
On the other side, t..he bus driver was very rude, he didn't wan't to help us putting ur luggage inside the car, they were very heavy and he just stood there watching us having trouble to put them on the bus. The bus smelled like cigarette a lot!
When we got to Philadelphia we just looked from far away the Independence hall and from the outside the Liberty bell, they shouldn't include Philadelphia in the tour because being there for 5 minutes and seeing places from far away is not exactly what we expected.
The only positive things I can mention is that the tour guide was a nice persona, althoug there were times he started explaineng things about the places we were at when the group was incomplete because they were still getting off of the bus, and also the places they took us to eat were nice. That's it.Read full review
We did the 3 day bus tour to Washington DC, Philadelphia and Niagara Falls. (No visa needed to Canada as you only visit United States side).
I want to say that after reading reviews I went already thinking that we were going to have any pr..oblem, but they prove me wrong!
Everything was perfect, always on time and very well organized and explained.
We arrived half an hour before and the guides where already there organizing everything. We were very very lucky as our guide Lidy is amazing, she speaks perfectly English and she is very informed about every place we were visiting so she was explaining everything to us very well.
The driver was very good, even the weather was very bad he managed to drive super safe and without any problems.
The Niagara Falls, even frozen, were amazing! Washington spectacular and the hotels where we stopped and the buffets where we went to have lunch and dinner were very good.
The price is amazing and then you need to pay for the places you want to visit (Madame Tussauds, Buffet to lunch/dinner, Museums...) but even that, the total price of the trip is super cheap and worth it!
If you are really having doubts, it is definitely nothing to think about, it is cheap, you visit amazing places and you won't have any issues!
It has been a pleasure and I would definitely repeat!
Thank you very much!Read full review
The tour was in general good. However, the seating arrangements for three days to be rotated, instead of assigning rear seats for all three days of the tour. My children was interested in sitting in the front seats at one of the days, which.. was ruled-out by the guide. Secondly, the tour guide (Simon) neglected the families those are not booked the two Asian buffet meals through him. He has to provide choice and guide the families to the nearby restaurants, for those not booked the buffets. Myself and couple of few families were roaming here and there for restaurants and located at distance in the snow filled areas. This has to be avoided or properly guided by the tour guide.Read full review
