A good experience overall for 5 day trip (Calgary, Banff, Jasper). The website describes well the fees to pay. There is no hidden cost. Please make sure to have the exact change to pay the tour guide daily fee to facilitate their job. They ..collect daily and it’s not a total sum at the end since the tour guide could be different each day. We bought the economical package, but had to go back to Calgary (we were aware) and arrive pretty late in the evening. I recommend you pay a little more to stay either in Banff, Lake Louise hotel at night instead of going back to Calgary to avoid the 90 minute trip back between Banff and Calgary. I was expecting a very noisy people tour, but luckily our group(s) of travellers were « civilized » and respected the time limits for each tour spot. I find the staff very respectful and courteous. When we arrived at the Calgary airport, we waited forTours4fun chauffeur to pick up us, but we waited at the wrong door and someone from their office called us at 5 minutes before pickup and guided us to the right door. Our tour guides were good especially Jesse Wong who has a good voice, smiley, very clear instructions in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese... a people’s person. I recommendTours4fun.Read full review
It is very convenient and the service staff are of high quality! Whether it is the customer service staff who contacted us when asking about the order, or the tour guide after arriving at the local area, the itinerary is also well arranged... I sincerely recommend travelers who want to travel to Canada to choose Happy Travel to save money. Lots of time to enjoy the journey!Read full review
This tour was near the end of the season. There weren't many of us on this day trip (may be 9). We travelled in a cramped 16 seater (not a typical 2x2 layout) which had barely any leg room. Luckily I was able to move to a better seat to str..etch my legs. The tour was as described with the exception that we only got 2.75hrs at the icefield rather than 3.5. So what could have been better?
Well, as we arrived the trip to the transfer to the glacier was in 15mins. This meant no time to do anything other than use the washroom. On our return we immediately got on to another bus to travel to the skywalk. The gap should have increased to give guests a chance to get a light lunch at the centre. Once the skywalk was over we travelled back to Calgary. Again, no chance to grab a light bite or visit the displays at the centre. The host was eager to get going and would only allow us to use the washroom. I am fortunate that I am bilingual so can understand the host but someone who only understood english would possibly struggle on this occasion.Read full review
The tour was pretty good and the sights were really beautiful. The sight seeing portion was very well managed. We only missed peyto lake as the road was shut down. Our guide, Jesse was very good and managed our group well. The weather on ou..r third day was a bit of a downer with rain and snow but Jesse tried his best to keep us entertained and showed us some additional spots.
The lunches were okay. The first day's lunch was at chateau lake louise and it was very good. The other three days were okay. It is not a good option if you don't eat pork or beef(like me). But enough time was given to the group to be able to find lunch on your own(1-1.5 hours). The Columbia icefield discovery centre restaurant was really crowded. That's the only day on which finding lunch would have been time taking.
My only complaint is the seat allocation in the bus. It would be good if the seat numbers can be assigned beforehand(as it was done on other tours like the Montreal Quebec tour) Otherwise people were scrambling about the bus putting their stuff on the seats to reserve the seats for their group and there were people who took up two seats by themselves; which meant people like me who aren't good at rushing into the bus and reserving the seat had to sit away from my group.Read full review

It could have been nicer on our 3rd or 4th day if we have stayed in Banff, It was a waste of time traveling back to Calgary for 1.5 - 1.45 minutes a day before and after before we gets to our destination. I feel like we spend so much time ..riding in the bus.Read full review

This was a terrible experience. I would never book with Tours4fun again. They subcontracted me to a local Calgary tour company that caters for Chinese and the tour was in mandarin, Cantonese and broken English. I was unable to talk to anyon..e or make friends and could hardly understand what was being said. It was a lonely and uncomfortable experience and when I bought it to the attention of tours4fun they simply replied that they are allowed to subcontract as it is in the terms and conditions fineprint. I will never book with this company again. The accomodation in calgary is under renovation and terrible!Read full review
The places visited were great but I felt rushed. I think the tour needs to be for 1 week not 4 days to allow enjoyment and appreciation of sites visited.
Accommodation, transportation was basic and could be improved.
The tour guide was gr..eat, accepting of difference in people and knowledgeable.Read full review

We are now the fourth day of the 5 days Canadian Rockies mountains tour , I write to give up the tour now and complain the ridiculous arrangement of the itinerary.
As I thought that you are the l..eading and professional travel agency among the industry and now we are very disappointed.
We have the following complaint:
1) Almost everyday we need to spend at least six hours travelling to and fro the same highways for the same repeated starting points as to go to the destinations that are within two hours drives in distance.
Supposedly it should be a circuit route arranged.
2) One of my family member is 84 years old lady. No any appropriate advice from your so called TOUR4FUN experts office was given and we need to give up the tour on the last day after four days torture.please refer the follows:
3) The lunch time everyday is less then one hours everyday which is not make sense (including getting off from the coach, finding restaurant, order and waitOMG for the food, getting back to coach)
Moreover, we pay extra money to book 2 rooms for three people for including the 80+ old lady and myself 60 years old, our rooms were assigned far far away (like today rooms one at fifth and the other at third floor ) that we could not take care of each other.
We found that some of the other members like us is planning to complain. That means that we are not the only people not satisfying the false arrangements.
Please refund whole or portion of the money for our time loss or any compensation we should deserved.
As a responsible company, I wish that you will face the matters seriously.

Sights are all fantastic. Athabasca Glacier's tour guide, Eliz, provided the best and most engaging commentary. Hence the best experience of the tour.
The main tour vehicle sound system could be better as the sound quality at the rear end ..was muffled for me, a senior. But when we sat in front the guide's comments were clearer. Video system in the coach could be activated for schedule reminders and synchronised with the location via GPS or pre-recorded messages to enhance tourists' experience. The management of the coach mechanical stalling and delay departing from the Icefield Center could be better.
For a first time customer of T4F, I did not find my queries during reservation, not adequately responded by T4F. Now I understand better T4F's standard format, a "one size fit all" approach. A more personal attention to initial enquiries would improve customer service. While the actual tour operation was contracted out and not wholly controlled by T4F, the initial reservation and engagement with customer is. Hence my low rating for this.
