This was a wonderful tour of a fascinating part of Europe. Amsterdam has to be one of the coolest, most beautiful cities on earth. Luxembourg is okay for a day. Brussels is terrific.
I took the tour from March 2-6, 2019. Would have been a good trip if not for a number of mishaps.
Before March 2, I called Tours4Fun to confirm the pick up point. The agent/s, both by phone and email, confirmed with me that the pick up wo..uld be at 930am at the Opera area.
On the 1st day (March 2), I was at the Opera at 830am and took the diligence to call the local guide - Kenzo, to confirm my presence in the area. To my dismay, Kenzo told me that the pick up point was at Place d'Italie at 830am and that the bus was leaving! To catch the bus, I took another uber that cost me 20Euros! En route, Kenzo kept reminding me to hurry because I was very late. I made it before 9am. I paid extra and took the extra stress. Not a good start for a good vacation I was hoping for.
On the 3rd day, another tour guide, Kim, took over. At the 1st stop, Kim told me that I would be sharing a room with another guest! I was again surprised because I paid for the entire room! Kim said I need to pay another 50Euro per night if I wanted the single room. I insisted and called up Tours4Fun. Good thing the agent on the phone confirmed with Kim that I paid for the entire room. Kim abided.
On the 4th night at the hotel, tired from the walking tour and all, I was surprised when 2 other guests (a couple) barged into my room. They had a key card! I insisted I had the room for the night. Later on, I was told by the lobby receptionist that I was supposed to be in another room and not that room. I insisted I was staying. I called Kim for him to act as necessary. By 9pm, I was told everything is settled.
I booked for an English tour. It turned out I was the only english speaking passenger so the tour guide was talking in Chinese all throught out and would talk to me separately in English afterwards.
Also, contrary to the advertisement, there was also no wifi on the bus so I bought a tourist sim for 45Euros with mobile data access!
For thr uber ride and the sim card, I spent 65Euros unnecessarily. Not a good one!Read full review

El guía, Kim, súper amable y atento, el bus cómodo, los lugares preciosos y los hoteles súper buenos con desayuno buffet, habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Una forma fácil, rápida y muy directa de conocer todos esos países.
The hotels and breakfasts were great! The package price was reasonable.
The places we visited were well planned and the tour guide Javier was excellent.
Our recent 12-day Europe Escape Tour was amazing! Everyone inthe group had a great time! This compensated the trouble and hazzle I experienced with Tours4fun. My family had been stressed due to last minute information ab out baggage allowan..ce and all other details relevant for the tour. I suggest you guys have to shape up. I had a prior bad experience with Tours4fun when we went to Saporro. It cancelled our tour on the last minute. Anyways, i would liketo commend our great tour leader Fiilip fir the wonderfultout and of course our coach captain Joshy for bring very helpful and driving us safely to each and every destination.Read full review
The hotels could have been better. In the itinerary it's stated ramada inn equivalent but it's not really especially in Paris - Campernile. Furthermore it's a bit far out and has caused travelling time a bit more.
The tour was good value, the guide was very patient and kind and very attentive to the group.
the villages were very fun and the lake beautiful.
We did not go up to the Neuschwanstein Castle as the walk look really daunting. So in that sens..e the tour should describe that the castle not really accessible, I thot we would drive up to it, the kids could enjoy. It was not the case and we could only ooh and ahh from afar, rather far.
The Linderhof was pretty and luxurious, a little small I feel for a castle. Maybe they should rename it to king’s residence and the expectations maybe more managed. Neuschwanstein is indeed very grand from afar, just the walk would be too difficult for young children.Read full review

The trip was as pleasant as we expected. Our tour guide is very helpful in all aspects, patiently answering our sometimes silly questions, and is very efficient.

In the past few years, I have traveled with a different company, but I prefer this experience. However, the location of the hotel is not close enough to ensure that I have the opportunity to explore alone in my spare time.
There was some trouble when I want to reserve post-tour one day hotel room but getting a pre-tour hotel room. It needed a lot of communication before I can cancel my reservation. Everything is OK with the tour except the first tour guide wh..o preferred to talk privately with some people instead of a whole group. The hotels was nice. The bus drivers were experienced.Read full review
