One of the holiday inn express hotel we stayed in didn’t have airoxsitioning. The succeeding hotels has also problems with air conditioning that some of us had to transfer rooms. the tour guide makes it very smooth and nicer. Our tour guide, kris zhang was very responsible, professional, helpful and kind all the time. Also, was very professional. He was extra nice by making us try new fruit while in Obido. He was also nice helping us get on and off the van and extra helpful to my mom who is already 80 years old.

I joined this tour with my family, my parents, my uncle, my aunties. I can say this tour is great and worth the price, suitable for kids, adults, and elderly. The schedule, the bus, the hotel was good. The Tour Leader, TIM, is very nice an..d informative. I appreciate that he always inform us about the toilet locations, some choice for lunch/ dinner, and other useful information about the place we're going to go.
Just 1 suggestion if I may say, about the meeting point at Schipol Airport. I think it is better if it's said the meeting point is in front of Burger King Arrival Hall Schipol Airport.
I had trouble to find the meeting point, that day ... hahaha ... i was panic, and I can't find the meeting point. After I called and I got the clue of Burger King, I can find it easily.
But after the hectic at the beginning, I'm so thankful that all other things run okay.

Vicky and Evan was an amazing tour guid. Evan was an smooth driver with the perfect speeding. Vicky did an outstanding job showing the country and explaining the history. GREAT SERVICE overall!!!!!!
First day, the pick up from airport was late.
Second day, the pick up from hotel to half day city tour also late.
The explanation and detail mostly mandarin.
Not enough time in several places. Bus driver was always late and made the group move to be picked up when space for the bus existed. Hotel in Porto was too far from the city center.
