I loved our tour guide, Jesse! He is very informative and easy going. The itinerary was perfect! There were plenty to see and to do on the tour. The hotel accommodations were good. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
The tour was very hurried, it takes more time to know Whistler, unfortunately, the Peak2 Peak was closed the day of the tour so we couldn´t occupy it, I understand this doesn´t depend on the guide, however, there was no refund of this ser..vice not provided. On the way back, the guide was driving very fast.
I think will be better just to take 1 day tour to Whistler or go by your own.Read full review
Overall, this tour was great! We had a very nice tour guide that always gave us valuable information and interesting facts. The itinerary was well-chosen. I know that due to the season we couldn't see all of the Nationalpark, but we did see.. a lot in those 4 days. The only change I would recommend is to give people more time at Johnston Canyon to walk up all the way to the Upper Falls and maybe save some time earlier in the Ski Resort as without skiers the 2 hours appeared quite long. The hotels were simply fantastic! Alone the Fairmont was worth the trip to be honest! Concerning the chosen restaurants for lunch, I would say they were well-chosen in terms of location and time, but the restaurant at Lake Louise was actually quite bad! Sorry to say that, but the food there was not at all delicious. Anyways, we had a great trip, everything was going nice and easy and I would definitely recommend the trip! It was amazing!!! The bus driver that we had was full of information and knowledge about pretty much everything about the tour. He's polite, friendly, accomodating & overall nice. I had such an amazing time! Loyal customer right here.
My wife and I took the Banff Gondola ride the 2nd week of October when many of the resorts in the area were closing down for the season. I expected to ride it to the top of the mountain, walk around cold and maybe go to some cheesy gift sh..op and go back down. Was I wrong!!! There were 2 restaurants and the National Parks Department had tons of exhibits and interesting wildlife exhibits. There was also quite a bit of history with a beautiful Welcome Center, an Observation Tower and other hiking paths that were nicely maintained with stairs and decks. Definitely worth the approximately $50 a person for the ride as we were up there much of the day,Read full review
Coaches and guides were good but some water should be provided
on board also drinks holders at the seats.
Hotels were fine but some early starts were unnecessary in our opinion it is a holiday not an army trip !

Read full review
We absolutely loved our tour. It was a bit crowded. We wished had a longer time. But the guides were great. The ride out to the glacier was fun. And to see the expressions on our son was totally worth it!
We loved our glacier tour! We had amazing guides. Only thing is that it was too short of a time on the glacier. And, it was extremely crowded!!! Even with the crowds, it was such a neat experience and watching the joy on our son was tot..ally worth it!Read full review
Amazing, a true feat of engineering and what a splendid view! Easy to board buses, guides were informative and amusing. Got to spend as much time as we wanted. Great attraction!
100% Incredible views ... the only way to see Spirit Island besides paddling for 7 hours!

This boat cruise really is the only way in, unless you can paddle for seven hours. The lake is 14 miles long. Though you won't be going the full length, you will see Spirit Island both from the boat and from land. they dock for about 15 min..utes so that you can walk up to the famous Spirit Island viewpoint.
If you are driving from Jasper, give yourself plenty of time, as the service road to the boathouse is long and on busy days the going can be slow due to traffic.
The only thing I would change is the check-in process ... at the dock they are currently only accepting Pursuit vouchers with the bar code and departure time. If you don't have this you need to check-in up by the gift shop.
This is creating some confusion during boarding,Read full review
