My family and I booked the 8 day tour in Vietnam and we couldn't be more pleased. From the time of booking, Tuan Nguyen with Vietnamadventuretours took us step by step in the process of passport, visa approval letter, etc... He was readily ..available any time we had any questions (He was very prompt in answering emails). We love Ho Chi Minh City, the people are super friendly and the city is full of energy. All the tours were great and we enjoyed each of them so much. I particularly find Cu Chi Tunnels tour very interesting and I've learned a lot about the Vietnam War. I love, love Ha Long Bay. So peaceful and majestic. The caves within the mountains were something that I would never imagine exist in this world. They are HUGE, HUGE. All the tour guides were great at explaining the details of each tour. We had a little mishaps in Hanoi at the Skylark hotel. The hotel and rooms are very nice and updated, but the front desk person was not pleasant. Our 3 rooms weren't cooling enough even though we had adjusted the thermostat as low as possible. When called to the front desk to complaint, they said they had the heater on for the entire hotel (it was 1st week of January when we were there) so they cannot accommodate any one particular room. This was unheard of to me. It was 74 degree and the Vietnamese think that is very cold, but that is not cold to Westerners. We ended up staying at Skylark for that evening but I emailed Tuan Nguyen at Vietnamadventuretours and he immediately booked us 3 rooms at the Mon Regency Hotel, which were so much better. Overall, I would rate this tour excellent and will be booking with them again for our future adventures.Read full review
