This place is absolutely worth the trip. The canyon is stunning and the guide was great, very helpful and assisted with photography and pointed out the more photographed areas. My only complaint is with the reservation coordinator - they ca..lled while we were on our way to ask if we were coming because we were "almost late". Almost late...? I explained we were almost there and then once we arrived and checked in a full hour before the scheduled time they told us we could just wait for the next 45 minutes - so the rush was unnecessary...? Never mind the fact that the people on the desk were rude, they were also rushing to tell us how we needed to pay additional fees (which I knew and had read from other reviews in advance) but also that a "required 5 dollar tip per person was required for the guide/driver. So the real cost of this was closer to $80 per person. I was happy to tip the driver - she earned it. The fees can be made known in advance while reservations are made. Also, tips are optional.Read full review
We were picked up on time. The bus was very comfortable and clean. The tour was much as expected. We had a good time in Upper Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend.
Great Day Out to See the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. It's an early start and long drive but it is really worth it. Pay your admission to the Antelope Canyon online or you will get charged extra USD 10 service charge if you want to p..ay for it on the spot.Read full review
Take the Upper Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend tour, we met so many nice people. On every beautiful site, our guide gave us plenty of time for pictures, and kept us informed of the history of each area we visited. Thank you.

Tours4fun had availability for a slot, while the Navajo site showed full booked out. But other than that the actual tour operation is very barebones. The guides are disorganized and bump into each other. Too many people too less space. Thi..s was mt Everest in May ;)
We had a good tour guide Nita but she kept getting heckled by the guide of the next tour company behind herRead full review
This was my 2nd visit to Upper Antelope Canyon. But this time the guide Lamoigne (not sure about spelling) was better, did not rush us through the Canyon and covered a lot of interesting topics.
Let me clarify by saying that the activity itself (seeing the lower antelope canyon and horseshoe bend) was amazing - the scenic views and the Navajo tour guide was excellent, but sadly this tour itself was poor. Hence why I had to rate it ..2 stars. Prior to this trip, I had read good reviews about Tours4fun but unfortunately there are a few things that disappointed me. First of all, it was hard to understand the tour guide speak in English. It's clear that English isn't his first language. Secondly, our tour guide Danny's voice isn't very loud and he didn't have a wireless microphone on him so many of the people in the van couldn't even hear him. He was driving and trying to speak with his poor English so it was very difficult to hear and understand him. Danny was also not very clever as he caused our itinerary to be delayed 2 hours behind due to the fact that he put regular gasoline into diesel. This is just sad. Was it because he didn't know the van he was driving needed diesel? I wonder how he passed his license to become a tour guide/driver. We were all disappointed to find out this truth that caused our delay. We received a new tour guide/driver named Yong after 2 hours of waiting and being stranded, but because we were 2 hours behind, he was speeding to and from the canyon. I don't blame the guy because he probably had a time limit and thankfully we did not get into any accidents. Truthfully, I want to give this tour a 5 star, but I can't because it doesn't deserve a 5 star. They didn't even compensate us for anything, a free sandwich which wasn't much (for some of us, we purchased and selected this option so it isn't "free"), but I couldn't even eat the sandwich as I am gluten-free. And we never got our free masks as it was suppose to be "included" as part of our package. I don't think I'll recommend this tour to my friends and family. I hope Tours4fun will hire better and smarter tour guides/drivers for the future.Read full review
