I had a memorable trip to Banff, Alberta withTours4fun. Our tour guide Jesse was fun and also took amazing photos of us. I am definitely going to book another tour with them if I visit Calgary again.
Very nice relaxing winter experience at Yoho National Park and Lake Louise. The timing allotted for each location in the itinerary was perfect. Our tour guide was very engaging during the entire trip providing all possible information such ..as the significance of different locations, the restroom facilities, availability of restaurants, etc. and the precautions to be taken wherever necessary. The vehicle was also very comfortable and the company followed all the safety precautions like, temperature checks and provided masks, sanitizer, face tissues, etc.Read full review
Tour is nice the driver/tour guide very nice.My only complained was the time allocated in banff gondola 1 hour is not enough we were not able to reach the top of sulfur mountain. But over all experience is amazing.Thank you
A good experience overall for 5 day trip (Calgary, Banff, Jasper). The website describes well the fees to pay. There is no hidden cost. Please make sure to have the exact change to pay the tour guide daily fee to facilitate their job. They ..collect daily and it’s not a total sum at the end since the tour guide could be different each day. We bought the economical package, but had to go back to Calgary (we were aware) and arrive pretty late in the evening. I recommend you pay a little more to stay either in Banff, Lake Louise hotel at night instead of going back to Calgary to avoid the 90 minute trip back between Banff and Calgary. I was expecting a very noisy people tour, but luckily our group(s) of travellers were « civilized » and respected the time limits for each tour spot. I find the staff very respectful and courteous. When we arrived at the Calgary airport, we waited forTours4fun chauffeur to pick up us, but we waited at the wrong door and someone from their office called us at 5 minutes before pickup and guided us to the right door. Our tour guides were good especially Jesse Wong who has a good voice, smiley, very clear instructions in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese... a people’s person. I recommendTours4fun.Read full review

The tour took us to some of the most stunning winter destinations in the Rockies. I especially loved Emerald Lake and Yoho Park, where the scenery was simply breathtaking. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall grea..t experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the transportation was seamless.Read full review
David is an amazing guide, he even drive back to my hotel to return my scarf left in the car, we would love to have him as our guide again for other tour
This tour was near the end of the season. There weren't many of us on this day trip (may be 9). We travelled in a cramped 16 seater (not a typical 2x2 layout) which had barely any leg room. Luckily I was able to move to a better seat to str..etch my legs. The tour was as described with the exception that we only got 2.75hrs at the icefield rather than 3.5. So what could have been better?
Well, as we arrived the trip to the transfer to the glacier was in 15mins. This meant no time to do anything other than use the washroom. On our return we immediately got on to another bus to travel to the skywalk. The gap should have increased to give guests a chance to get a light lunch at the centre. Once the skywalk was over we travelled back to Calgary. Again, no chance to grab a light bite or visit the displays at the centre. The host was eager to get going and would only allow us to use the washroom. I am fortunate that I am bilingual so can understand the host but someone who only understood english would possibly struggle on this occasion.Read full review
