Panda Breeding and Research Center (3.5 hours) : Located 6 miles north of Chengdu City, it is home to giant pandas, red (or lesser) pandas, and other endangered species. Visit the nursery to see the highly successful breeding program, among the bamboo groves and shady walkways, and to view the pandas at rest or play. There is a panda museum where you can learn some information about giant pandas.

Note: 1. To avoid crazy crowds during July and August every year when domestic students are having their summer vocation, you may get up earlier today at 7:00am. Please noted. 2. All kinds of interactive activities with giant pandas (including panda keeper program, and holding, playing or taking photos with pandas) are closed from January 6, 2015, due to canine distemper and protection of giant pandas. The specific time to resume such activities is now unavailable and will be subject to the actual epidemic situation. We will keep you updated.

Jinli Old Street (includes snack tasting experience) : Jinli Old Street is a cluster of constructions with traditional architectural styles in western Sicuan, with narrow alleys, pavilions, courtyards and stone bridges On the Snack Street, you can have the real taste of local snacks, which are well-known and unique in China. Try some famous food like bean jelly in chili source, sweet potato noodle and wonton in Sichuan style. If you are brave, you can try rabbit head in chili source.

Be a half-day Chengduer in local park (2 hours) : Chengdu is probably the laziest city among China's new first-tier cities. Take a seat and sip a cup of tea. Your guide will explain the etiquette to you of how to drink tea and the intentions you express when you put the lid, bowl, and tray in different places. Square dancing is already a part of the locals' lifestyle and the dance form nowadays is much more interesting and uniquely Chinese. Feel the good vibes and join in with line dancing, a waltz, or a little Chinese salsa if you want to.

You will also see some vibrant scenes that may only happen in Chengdu: desperate parents are posting messages in a marriage market looking for a partner for their unmarried offspring; a local man is enjoying a traditional teahouse ear massage with a metal rod in his ear; Chengduers are playing mahjong everywhere in summer - even in the river.

Cruise to have a overlook at Leshan Giant Buddha (40 minutes) : The Great Buddha in Leshan is located to the east of Leshan City, Sichuan Province and on the Lingyun Mountain where Min River, Qingyi River and Dadu River meet. It has been the largest stone carved sitting Buddhist statue in the world so far.You can sit on board to have an overlook at Leshan Giant Buddha.

Leshan Giant Buddha (2 hours) : The Great Buddha in Leshan is located to the east of Leshan City, Sichuan Province and on the Lingyun Mountain where Min River, Qingyi River and Dadu River meet. It has been the largest stone carved sitting Buddhist statue in the world so far.

* Tips: As the platforms inside the scenic spot are steep, taking a boat is a better way for tourists who are not good at climbing. Tourists must wait in a queue and pass the Giant Buddha one-by-one.

Leshan Old Town : Walk in this Laid-back Old Town and visit traditional workshops such as blacksmith's shop, bamboo workshop, barber shop etc.

Leshan Food Tour (1 hour) : The local food in Leshan enjoys the reputation of the top Sichuan cuisine. If you would like to try the authentic Sichuan food but don't want to be scared too much, to enjoy the local snacks in Leshan is the best choice. Instead of siting down to order a formal lunch, you will have a leisure walk to do a food hunting on the street. You can try pot chicken with Sichuan spices, Shaomai, crispy Leshan beef hamburger, roast duck with sweet and crispy skin, and toufu pudding.

Today you will leave Chengdu and take an airport transfer.
