Natural Bridge】

Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall, the Natural Bridge is a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape. (approx. 15 mins)

【Vermilon Lakes】

The Vermilion Lakes are a series of lakes located immediately west of Banff, Alberta, in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The three lakes are formed in the Bow River valley, in the Banff National Park, at the foot of Mount Norquay. The area offers wildlife viewing opportunities and breathtaking scenery. Cancellation Policy

Please Note:

Cancellations made 34 days or more before departure will receive a refund of CAD $ 210 per person plus 5% GST.
Cancellations made 33 days or less before departure, or those who withdraw during the trip, will forfeit all rights, and no refund will be issued.
- The above fees will be in addition to any costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, such as credit card fees, bank transfer charges, and other related expenses.
- If there are reductions in the number of participants, optional activities, meals, or additional hotel stays, cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
- Changes to bookings depend on availability for the requested dates. The company reserves the right to accept or deny changes.

Special Notes

    • All VIA Rail tours require seat availability checks before confirming the order (Second Confirmation required).
    • Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
    • Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date.

    • Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities. 
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

 Hotel accommodations may vary by date. North American standard double rooms typically have either one king bed or two beds. If you have specific bed preferences, please mention them at the time of booking, and we’ll try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee it. Triple and quad rooms mainly consist of two beds, with no extra beds provided.
- Depending on the hotel policy, a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental expenses during your stay, such as phone charges. Please note that all room types are non-smoking; violations may incur fines.
- Many North American hotels do not provide personal hygiene items like toothbrushes and toothpaste, so please remember to bring your own.

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
