After taking a peek at the [Surprise Corner], the spectacular viewpoint for the famous [Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel], we will visit and make a lunch stop at this Iconic Castle hotel. (If the attraction has been closed due to maintenance or any other force majeure, we will visit Lake Minnewanka or Two Jack Lake as an alternate attraction.)

Cancellation Policy: This includes reducing the number of participants in the same trip, canceling the entire order, changing the itinerary, and changing the different dates of the same trip.
- For cancellations made more than 4 day(s) prior to departure, 10% of the tour fee will be charged.
- Within 3 days (inclusive) before departure, no refunds will be made for tour fees and activities.
Amendment Policy: Includes increasing the number of participants in the itinerary (depending on the availability for the corresponding date of the itinerary), changing the names of participants in the itinerary.
- Changes made more than 4 days before departure will incur a 10% group fee.
- No modifications allowed within 3 days before departure.
* Any additional costs due to changes in resources when modifying orders will be charged accordingly;
* Bank wire transfer fees or credit card fees will be deducted from refunds along with cancellation or modification fees for any cancellations or modifications;
* Any changes or cancellations must be communicated directly to the company through email or fax in written form;
* Cancellation and refund matters will be processed within 1-7 working days.
If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, you will be charged CAD$30.00/person for a second pick-up service.
According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.
Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand, thank you.
During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided.

In the Rockies, there can be large temperature differences between morning and evening. The average daytime temperature in summer is 25 °C, and the average night temperature is 15-18 ° C. Please prepare clothes appropriately.
In the Rockies, there's ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling.
When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of $300 CAD or more.
Within the national parks, please note smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they're fully out in case of a fire hazard.
Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators.
For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels are not provided with toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, comb; Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel's front desk for assistance. If no kettle can be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed.
There is no "hot (boiling)" drinking water at the attractions, if necessary, please prepare it yourself before departure.
Canadian voltage power is 110V, and the electrical socket is a three-pin plug: the upper one is round, and the lower two are flat and parallel.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
